No Late Fee Guarantee Program
We guarantee no late fees if you authorize us to process your credit card each billing period. You don’t need to come by; find stamps; find a post box and best of all you will never see an admin late fee. You must sign up for this.
Cash
Call us old fashioned but we still take cash.
Credit Cards
Your monthly rental can be placed on your MasterCard or VISA account, and we can process for the duration of your tenancy. OR you can come in and we can swipe it every 28-day period. Either option is available to you. The advantage here is that you will never be charged an admin fee for late payment.
Internet Banking
Many of our clients set up internet banking with their Banks and set it to recur every billing cycle. Perfect – No Late Fees, No Stamps, No Forget. (Most Banks offer for a small one-time fee.) Check with your bank today.
Personal Cheques
Sure thing. You can mail them in OR you can simply place them in the mail box outside the office. We don’t mail receipts but if your email is on file we will send confirmation.
